Our residence is just 20 meters from El Cura beach, one of the most famous and busy Torrevieja's beaches. With many shops, restaurants, etc... is full of life and atmosphere all year, either for a coffee by the sea to walk enjoying the mediterranean breeze. Our residents can enjoy this beautiful beach while walking or swimming when it's possible.
"LAS COLUMNAS" Monument
In front of this iconic Torrevieja monument is also our residence located. This monument and its five columns symbolizes the different continents of the world with their respective cultures. It's a popular walk and meeting place for habitual residents and the many tourists who choose our city to spend their holidays, whether in summer or in winter, due to fabulous microclimate of our salt city
